How to Track Your Online Wheel & Tyre Order
Ordering wheels and tyres online should be as straightforward as walking into a shop - just without the heavy lifting. At Bud’s Tyres, we aim to make the process simple, transparent, and stress-free from the moment you hit “checkout” to when your gear lands at your door.
Please note:
Your item will be shipped only once stock is confirmed.
We also do not process your payment until stock has been confirmed on our end.
Shipping timelines only begin after we’ve confirmed your item is available and locked in for dispatch. You may not hear from us for a few business days, sometimes up to a week, while we work behind the scenes to confirm availability, especially if we’re sourcing from different suppliers.
Once stock is confirmed, you’ll receive your shipping and tracking information as outlined below. One of the most common questions we get after a sale is:

Whether you're ordering a full wheel and tyre package or just a single set of rims, here’s exactly how tracking works, what to expect during delivery, and how we keep you in the loop every step of the way.
Shopify Orders Come With Built-In Tracking
Once your order is processed through our online store, you’ll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email contains your:

Order summary

Courier name (e.g. Toll, Aramex, Direct Freight, Followmont, Express Freight)

Tracking number(s)

A direct link to track your delivery
If you don’t see this email within 24 - 48 hours of your order being marked as fulfilled, check your spam or junk folder first, sometimes it lands there. Still nothing? Reach out to our team and we’ll resend the tracking info.
Why You Might Receive Multiple Tracking Numbers
Wheels and tyres are bulky. Because of their size and weight, they’re often shipped in multiple boxes. For example:

A set of 4 wheels = 4 individual cartons

A wheel and tyre package = 4 mounted units in separate boxes

Accessories (like nuts, TPMS, or hub rings) might ship separately
In these cases, you’ll receive multiple tracking numbers - one for each box. It’s normal for them to be delivered at slightly different times, even if they’re picked up on the same day by the same courier.
Don’t stress if one or two boxes arrive first. The rest are usually just behind and will land within the next day or two.
Couriers We Use: Followmont, Toll, Express Freight & Aramex
We ship across Australia using a selection of trusted couriers. Each one is chosen based on your delivery location, package size, and what’s going to get it to you the fastest and safest.
Here’s how to track with each of them:
Followmont Transport
Best for QLD and regional deliveries. Use the tracking link provided in your email or visit followmont.com.au and enter your consignment number.
Toll
Often used for metro areas and commercial addresses. Head to mytoll.com and plug in your tracking number.
Express Freight Management
Our go-to for large or bulky freight, including full wheel + tyre setups. Tracking can be accessed at expressfreight.com.au or through the link we email you.
Aramex (formerly Fastway)
Common for residential deliveries or accessories. Track your delivery through aramex.com.au.
Each courier system is a little different. If your tracking number doesn’t immediately show results, don’t panic. It can take a few hours after pickup for the system to update, especially if it’s after business hours.
What If My Tracking Shows “Delivered” But I Only Got Some Items?
Because shipments are often split into separate consignments, it’s possible one box gets scanned as delivered while the others are still in transit. This is especially common with:

Multi-box wheel orders

Freight hubs that process packages individually

Regional or rural deliveries
If one part of your order shows as delivered but you’re still missing something, wait 24 - 48 hours and check the tracking numbers for the other items. They’re usually just one scan or stop behind.
If something still hasn’t arrived after that timeframe, contact us and we’ll follow up directly with the freight provider.
Shipping Times: What to Expect
We process and dispatch orders as fast as possible, usually within 1–2 business days after stock has been confirmed. Please note this is not after you have placed your order. If we’re fitting tyres or coordinating multiple brands from different suppliers, that may add a short delay.
Estimated delivery windows (after dispatch):

WA/NT/TAS or remote areas: 5–10 business days
Your tracking link will give you the most accurate ETA once the courier has scanned your shipment.
Pro Tip: Use Your Tracking Number to Stay Ahead
Once you’ve got your tracking numbers, plug them into the courier sites early. That way you can:

See if your order is arriving in separate boxes

Know when to be home (especially for signature-required deliveries)

Contact the courier directly for re-delivery or depot pickup options
If you’re getting wheels or tyres delivered to a workshop or fitment centre, let them know your estimated delivery date so they can book in your install.
