Delivery times will vary between carriers, and the customer's chosen shipping method.
Refunds will not be given for items due to shipping delays. If you require your items within a specific time frame, please email hello@budstyres.com.au

Merchandise
All merchandise will be dispatched via either Australia Post Standard or Australia Post Express during business hours. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. You may experience a delay in delivery once your item/s have left our warehouse during busy periods during transit with Australia Post. We require all customers to contact us for tracking information.
Australia Post Standard: 2 - 8 Business Days.
Australia Post Standard Rate: $12.95
Australia Post Express: 1 - 2 Business Days. Not recommended for WA or SA.
To quality for express delivery your order must be placed before 11am AEST Monday - Thursday excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the following business day.

Local Pick-Up - Merchandise: Please Contact the store prior to pick-up to arrange a time for next day collection available Monday - Friday excluding public holidays.

If you are a local wanting to simply pick-up your wheels and/or tyres from Bud's Tyres Online from our Burleigh Heads Warehouse without fitment simply select our local pick-up option upon checkout. The team at Bud's Tyres will provide you with a pick-up window following your purchase within 1 - 2 business days excluding Saturdays and public holidays.

Local fitment is available on all online purchases at our Burleigh Heads Fitment Centre for an additional fee. See rates upon checkout. Please note that tyre disposal will incur an additional fee. Purchase of an additional tyre/wheel (spare tyre) will require additional payment in-store. The team at Bud's Tyres will provide you with available appointment times within 1 - 2 business days (excluding Saturdays and public holidays) following your purchase.
Local fitment may also be paired with in-store services offered online. Simply select this option at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated by weight, quantity and location. Please note that remote areas may require an additional fee. Once dispatched, expected delivery time frames will vary with remote shipping by courier.
Additional Information
Stock availability does not guarantee stock. Shipping times are activated once stock is confirmed by the seller and once we capture your pre-authorised payment. If an available item is out of stock on the website. Pre-order options may be available.
Please be careful opening your order with sharp objects. Bud's Tyres will conduct a quality control check upon dispatch of items and will not be liable for any scratches or marks from opening.
Bud's Tyres Online will strictly not accept responsibility for your delivery once it has left our warehouse. This includes additional delivery costs from the courier for redelivery or stock holding, unforeseen costs, charges and losses, liabilities and damages, wrong or missing delivery and stolen deliveries
Your courier service may offer you the option of 'Authority to Leave' on the premises unattended. Please note that most couriers will not offer compensation after selecting this option if your delivery is stolen.
