Australia-Wide Delivery for Wheels and Tyres
Shipping large and heavy items like wheels and tyres is more complex than typical online purchases. Our shipping rates are calculated based on a combination of weight, quantity, and location, ensuring that you receive the most accurate cost for your order. Customers in remote areas may incur an additional fee due to the distance and logistics involved in delivering to less accessible locations. Occasionally, an item or combination item may not be suitable for a select courier company, in this case we will do our best to find an alternative or will offer you a full refund if you do not wish to pay the difference in shipping cost.
While we strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, delivery times can vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Typically, for customers in more metropolitan areas, delivery may be quicker, whereas shipping to rural and remote locations can take longer. It’s important to keep in mind that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as peak periods, holidays, or weather conditions.
Please note that although stock is marked available online, it does not guarantee that we have that item in stock, it may be on back order or unavailable. In this case we will contact you to confirm how you would like to proceed with an order cancellation or pre-order. We do things a little differently than your typical online shop, funds in your account are verified when you place an order however it is not until we capture this payment that funds will come out of your account. If an order is cancelled, you will not need to wait for a refund as the money has not been withdrawn from your account. To avoid any confusion, we welcome customers to reach out prior to placing an order to confirm stock availability.

For customers purchasing merchandise, Bud’s Tyres partners with Australia Post to offer two reliable delivery options: Australia Post Standard and Australia Post Express. These options cater to varying customer needs depending on the urgency of the delivery.
Australia Post Standard: With an expected delivery time of 2–8 business days, this is an economical option for customers who can wait for their merchandise. This service costs $12.95, and although it’s a slower option, it remains reliable.
Australia Post Express: For those needing their merchandise in a hurry, our express option promises delivery within 1–2 business days for $16.95. However, this service is not recommended for customers in Western Australia or South Australia due to extended transit times.
Please note that we are unable to deliver merchandise to PO boxes or parcel lockers. Additionally, all orders need to be placed before 11am AEST from Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays) to qualify for same-day dispatch under the express delivery option.
If you have selected a free merchandise piece in a promotion alongside your wheels and/or tyres, this will most likely be shipping with your wheels and may be delayed if the item is on pre-order.
Local Pick-Up: A Convenient Alternative
For customers who are local to our Burleigh Heads warehouse, we offer a convenient local pick- up option. If you prefer to pick up your wheels, tyres, or merchandise directly, simply select this option at checkout. Once your order is placed, we’ll provide you with a collection window of 1–2 business days (excluding Saturdays and public holidays) for your items to be ready for pick-up.
Again, if your item is on pre-order this time frame will vary. You will need to wait for a pickup confirmation from us to collect your order.
This option is ideal for customers who want to avoid shipping fees or those who need their products urgently. It also allows for a direct and personalised experience with our team, ensuring that you receive hands-on service when collecting your order.
Local Fitment: A Full-Service Option
If you’re local to our Burleigh Heads area and prefer to have your wheels and tyres fitted on-site, we offer a local fitment service at our dedicated fitment centre. This service includes tyre and wheel installation for an additional fee, which is clearly stated upon checkout. For customers who also need to dispose of their old tyres, we offer this service for an additional charge.
We ensure that our customers receive quick and efficient service, providing appointment windows within 1–2 business days (excluding Saturdays and public holidays). This allows you to not only purchase your wheels and tyres online but also have them expertly fitted to your vehicle by our professional team. Booking confirmation will need to be approved.
Delivery Challenges: Managing Remote Areas and Complex Shipping

Cancellations for out of stock items will be issued without concern.

Many couriers offer an ‘Authority to Leave’ option, allowing you to have your items left at your address if no one is home. However, we advise caution when using this option as couriers typically do not offer compensation for lost or stolen deliveries once this authority is granted.
Fitment Centre Delivery Across Australia
In addition to offering local fitment at our Burleigh Heads centre, we can also dispatch your wheels and tyres to your chosen fitment centre anywhere in Australia. However, it is essential for customers to confirm with their fitment centre whether they accept deliveries of aftermarket wheels or specialised tyre combinations, such as beadlock wheels. Failure to do so could result in complications upon delivery.
Our team is happy to assist in coordinating delivery to your selected fitment centre, ensuring that the process is as smooth and efficient as possible. Once delivered, customers can arrange a fitting appointment directly with the centre however you will need to confirm with them before placing an order with us online.
